For those of you that are starting or have started tying for the new season, here's a selection of traditional patterns for you to consider putting in your flybox for the new season. Alexandra Butcher Connemara Black Mallard and Claret Mallard and Silver Peter Ross Silver Stoats Tail Stoats Tail Teal and Black Teal Blue and Silver Despite being bracketed in the 'traditional' category, I can assure you that these flies still catch a lot of seatrout and you shouldn't overlook them. If any other forum members have any others they want to add, feel free! We might have the makings of a good thread that'll help identify successful patterns on the Ogmore.

Cracking ties there Alun, you could fish all season with those and not go far wrong.

Lovely set of flies beautifully tied. Any chance of a listing of the dressings of a couple of the less common ones? Thanks, Sparkle
