Well done, looks like a good few hours, was that on the Taff or Ogmore, not too many wild browns above 1lb? Myself and a friend had five brownies on friday in two hours of fun around Aberkenfig. To be successful these days you must be willing to be mobile, try different places and not stick to the same old, same old. The ogmore is truly blessed with endless great venues even in low water.

Thanks Dai, At first when I saw the silver flank in the water I thought sewin but the grayling was a beautiful fish. What I did not show was the deep wound on its other side caused by a heron or cormrant. But it showed no effects from it. Keep the pm's coming with the sewin. sewinfly...........

fine brownie that, whats the max size for a trout on the taff mate and what did it take The fish took a flying "C", fished on braid with 2ft trace of 15Ib mono hooklength. A few members of F.T.A.C. have had some great trout this season on the MEMBERSHIP water, thats the biggest I have had. sewinfly.............
