Jimmy,
Being a 'Blackmill Boy' I am aware of this gentleman who confuses his riparian ownership with fishing rights.
I can asure you that there are no issues in this area and you should continue to fish.
Our fishing rights are being registered with land registry as we speak and when this process has occurred I shall be writing to any such landowner who challenges our members.

There is no access to Blackmill junction, myself and JJ tried to fish it on Sunday could not get to it, what is going on there and why dont we have any access, it is not acceptable or safe to walk 30,40, 50 yards of river to get there?
Also I have reported the person living in 19 Heol Persondy for throwing there dog mess into and on the access to Llynfi junction pool. I contacted Bridgend Council who are following it up.
Safe access must be addressed for all members.
